2020 Calendar Update

Well guys, it's high time that I admit defeat.  After months of trying to figure out what to do about my calendar conundrum, I've run out of ideas.  It's already more than halfway through February and at this point... I've decided to wave the white flag.

For those of you who hadn't heard, the short story is that the laptop I use to make the calendars on crashed last year.  I now have a new laptop, but the software I need is installed on my college laptop.  I don't have the software for my new laptop and right at the moment, we're not in the financial position to get it.  I've been left with no way to edit the calendars to the correct dates, months and holidays.

I'm incredibly disappointed that I won't be able to share my free printable Mickey and Minnie calendars this year.  Sharing them with all of you has brought me so much joy the past 6 years!  I love to see how you use them, or hearing about how you planned to use them to surprise your children with a Disney trip!

Fortunately, I've done some research and I found another alternative for you to use for the rest of 2020.  Disney actually makes a free printable calendar themselves.  You can find the Disney Family 2020 Printable Calendar at that link.  I thought these were really cute!  They have a different theme for each month.  Here are the movies that correspond with each month:

January-  101 Dalmatians
February- Princess and the Frog
March- A Bug's Life
April- Alice in Wonderland
May- Up
June- The Little Mermaid
July- Hercules
August- Mickey and Minnie
September- Ratatouille
October- Monsters University
November- Incredibles
December- Lady and the Tramp

Disney Family has included the major US holidays on the calendar.  They also have fun random holidays like Popcorn Day, National Pizza Day, National Pretzel Day and Ice Cream Day.  (Clearly, I'm all about days that celebrate food...)  They have included the release dates of their upcoming movies as well.

But, the absolute best part (at least in my opinion), is that they've also included a few cool Disney milestones!  There are a few dates marked by theme park ride openings, anniversaries of movie releases, and Disney characters birthdays!  I had a lot of fun hunting for those.  These different milestones would also be fun to celebrate!

I hope you enjoy these calendars and that they are a good alternative for 2020.

Now, I'm looking ahead at trying to figure out how to get my calendars put together for 2021!  I'm hoping that they'll be back and better than ever because there's a great, big, beautiful tomorrow, shining at the end of every day.  °o°

Halfway Point: 30 Things to Do During My 30's List

We've reached the halfway mark!  My 35th birthday was exactly three months ago so I thought it was time to check in on my 30 Things to Do During My 30's List.

To recap: I decided to make this list after discovering that a lot of people make 30 things to do before turning 30 lists.  I didn't have time to do it before I turned 30, so I decided to make one for myself while I was in my thirties.  Then, I kicked off my 30th year with a Rapunzel and Tangled themed birthday party.  Instead of looking at turning 30 with dread like most people do, I chose to look at it as the next big adventure.

I've been really excited about this bucket list for the most part.  However, I recently decided to make a few changes to my list.  (The changes that I made last year are in red.)  Priorities and passions change over time, so I decided to change my list to reflect that.  I've also gone ahead and crossed off all the goals that I've accomplished so far.

Here's where my goal list is now that I'm halfway through my thirties:

30 Things To Do During My 30's (Updated List):
  1. Visit Disneyland During the 60th Anniversary
  2. Buy Our First House
  3. Go On Our First Disney Cruise
  4. Get a Puppy
  5. Have Kids
  6. Attend a D23 Convention
  7. Ride in the Lily Belle Train Car
  8. Go to Disney for Dapper Day
  9. Ride a Horse
  10. Get My Photo Taken with Every Disney Princess
  11. Visit Pixar Studios
  12. Go on a Christmas Disney Cruise
  13. Visit Walt Disney World during the 50th Anniversary
  14. Ride in a Hot Air Balloon
  15. Go to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party
  16. Take a Walk in Walt's Footsteps Tour
  17. Read a Book in French
  18. Finish 5 Disney Races of Any Distance
  19. Go to Aulani
  20. Visit the Walt Disney Family Museum
  21. Swim with a Dolphin
  22. Go on all of the Opening Day Attractions at Disneyland in one day
  23. Reach Gold Level in DCL Castaway Club
  24. Visit Disney Animation Studios
  25. Travel Somewhere New
  26. Go to a Disney Christmas Parade Taping
  27. Learn 10 New Crafting Techniques or Mediums
  28. Go to the Magic Kingdom on it's 50th Birthday (October 1st of 2021)
  29. Launch Other Business Ideas
  30. Have a 10th Anniversary Vow Renewal
As of right now, I have 9 of these goals crossed off.  I know that logic says that I should be halfway done with them since we're past the halfway point, but a few of these goals are pretty close to being done.  Plus, I'm feeling like I'll have quite a few more checked off within the next two years.  I've got a private list in my Notes on my phone, iPad and both computers with all of the specific details.  So no, I'm not exactly halfway through checking things off the list... but some of them I have to wait a few more years to complete.  (I'm looking at you WDW 50th anniversary goals!)

Once I'm nearing the end of my thirties, I'm thinking that I'll do 3 posts with a recap of 10 goals on each.  I also have a list of cool things I've done in my 30's that I wasn't expecting to do!  That's shaping up to be a fun list that I'll share in another post, or two depending on how much I have to share!

Overall, I'm feeling pretty good about this so far.  I'm looking forward to crossing a few more of these goals off soon!  On to the next adventure!!!  °o°

Sickness and Positivity

Hi friends.  I'm sorry that I've been radio silent on here since the new year started.  It's been a ride the past few months... that's for sure.  Here's a quick overview:

As most of you know from some of my previous blog posts, Eliot and I have been busy doing a lot of traveling as of late.  We went to Walt Disney World for Thanksgiving week with Eliot's family.  Then, we had back-to-back Disney Cruises and spent a few days at Walt Disney World before and after those with my family for about 2 weeks in December.  We went to my parents' house for Christmas.  Then, we were home less than 24 hours before hopping on a plane to California to spend the end of the year and New Year's skiing in Tahoe
with Eliot's family.

Basically, from November 25th to January 22nd, we were only at our house for 14 days total.  (In other words... we were home for 2 weeks in an 8 week period of time.)

Of course, all that traveling makes you very susceptible to illness.  I knew going into all of these trips that both of us would end up sick.  Unfortunately, I became ill after our November trip, and continued to be sick all they way through the beginning of this month.  Eliot was also sick after the November trip and was through mid-January.

On top of all that, this was the first time since I was a child that I got the flu.  I spent the last few hours of the last day of our Walt Disney World annual pass laying in the Magic Kingdom First Aid Center curled up under my new It's A Small World blanket trying to rid myself of a 102 degree fever.  The next morning, I was in the emergency room, diagnosed with the flu, and stuck in Florida for 2.5 extra days since I couldn't fly home.

Since Eliot's and my return to Maine (four weeks ago today), I've been desperately trying to get better and to get myself back into the groove of our everyday life.  Let me tell you, that's really weird when you haven't had a "normal" schedule for over two months.  (And even then my "normal" schedule is weird anyways with being self-employed.)  Thankfully, things are heading in a more positive direction now.  I'm not quite into a groove, but I'm finally feeling like I'm making progress.

After spending the past four weeks focusing on getting better and resting, it's nice to finally feel like I'm accomplishing something.  I've spent most of my days laying in bed, sleeping or relaxing on the couch.  Most recently, I've been focused on cleaning the house and getting stuff more organized.  I'm trying to catch the spring cleaning bug early since the weather here has been freezing or snowy.  We still have a lot of house projects to work on, but I'm hopeful that they will get done this year!

We've also been busy working on Happily Ever Hatter.  Eliot and I made a bunch of new designs for all of our recent Disney trips so we could take photos in the parks and on the Disney Dream cruise ship.  Since we've been home, I've been updating photos and listings.  We still have a lot of samples that are works in progress so I'm working on those.  We're also launching a new product in March so we're working on finalizing designs, samples and listings for those too!

Eliot also asked me to help him with his Snowblade Creations Etsy shop.  I've already made listings for his new business card holder designs.  We've got a lot more designs that he's going to be working on, but those will probably come out slowly over the next few months since we've got so many other things we're working on.

The "upside" of my being sick for so long is that I've spent a lot of time on Pinterest, Etsy and Instagram as well as doing research.  I have a ton of new ideas for our home decor business, Happily Ever Hatter, Snowblade Creations and for some personal projects for the house.  I have lists for my lists and they've only grown.  But, if that's the positive side of being sick, I'd like to think that it will all have been worth it as we start to create my ideas over next few months!

Thankfully, it hasn't been all sickness, rest, work and no play.  There have been a few shimmering moments in between all of the naps and couch potato time.  I very much enjoyed eating my Mickey cake pop and the Minnie Mouse candy apple that I brought home from Disney.  Eliot and I also went to our first Maine Mariners hockey game a few days ago.  (They started playing in Portland last season and we never made the time to go.)  We also got to see Elissa at a University of New England hockey game last week.  I can still count the number of times I've left the house on one hand, but it's been good to get out of the house... even if it is freezing out!

Now that I'm settled back into everyday life in Maine, I'd also like to get back on here more often.  I had so many things I planned to work on in between our California and Florida trips and once we returned home from Florida.  I usually do a "Year in Review" before the new year and this year I also I wanted to do a post about "Looking Back at the Decade".  I also have a bunch of other blog posts that are half written up.  I'll be working on getting those together in the next few weeks.  They're a little less timely now, but I still want to write them up.  I enjoy looking back at them myself and I know that I'll be disappointed if I don't finish and post them!

Finally, I know a lot of you come to my blog for my free Mickey and Minnie monthly calendars.  Obviously, my health has been my top priority the past few weeks.  I haven't been able to find a solution to my conundrum and lost software.  Unfortunately, I've come to the conclusion that the calendars are not going to happen this year.  I've been stressing out about it and avoiding answering any emails until I knew what was going to happen.  I've decided that I need to just let it go for now.  All is not lost though... I'll be posting about an alternative in the next day or two for those of you still looking for something to Disney-fy your calendars!

Long story short: being sick for weeks on end was definitely not in my 2020 plans.  But, if that's what it takes for me to get myself well-rested and back on track, I'm going to trust that it was all for a reason.  After all, my 2020 word of the year is "positivity" and I'm determined to focus on the positive.

You haven't conquered me yet 2020.  Now, let's get down to business... °o°

2020 Disney Goals

Hello 2020.  You bright, beautiful, glorious new beginning.

The new year last year was very exciting for me because it was my first full year of self-employment.  I had so many things that I wanted to do and I set really high expectations for the 2019 year.  As a result, I inadvertently put a lot of unnecessary stress and pressure on myself.  Looking back, I did accomplish a lot, but not quite as much as I wanted to.

Now, a year later, I'm older and a little bit wiser.  This isn't my first rodeo anymore.  I feel like I can manage my expectations better.  This year, I'm feeling much more settled into my new role and confident in what to expect.  There will be highs and there will be lows, but I'm hoping that the stress and pressure of 2019 is "so last year" going forward.

I have a lot of things that I want to get done this year. I've always been a high achiever and making a list of goals has become an annual tradition for me.  Each year, I make Disney goals and at the end of the year I look back to see what I accomplished.  I've still never completed a full list, but last year I made pretty good headway.  I've been making personal and Disney goals for about 10 years now.  It's something that I really look forward to.  (Read my past Disney goal blog posts: 2014 goals, 2014 recap, 2015 goals, 2015 recap, 2016 goals, 2016 recap, 2017 goals, 2019 goals and 2019 recap.)

Much like last year, I'm sticking with the basics.  In fact, I'm pretty much keeping most of the same goals as last year.  The biggest difference is that I've taken off the goals that require traveling like Disneyland, the RunDisney races and the Disney Cruises.  This year is about sticking closer to home and making magic in our daily lives.  Hopefully, 2020 will be the year that I can cross most of these goals off!!!  Let's do this 2020!!!

Melissa's Blog and Disney Goals for 2020

1.) Go to Walt Disney World- This is always my first goal of every new year.  Walt Disney World is truly my happy place, and it's always my goal to go back there!

2.) Get a Puppy and Give it a Disney Name- Eliot and I have wanted to get a puppy for a few years now.  We're finally almost at the point where we'll be ready to!  We're really excited to add a four legged furry friend to the family!  We've even got a few names picked out!

3.) Work on Disney Scrapbooks- I love scrapbooking and I haven't made any new pages since we lived in Massachusetts back before Eliot and I were married.  I really want to go through my supplies and to organize them so I can start working on new pages this year.

4.) Decorate the House for the Holidays- As you know, I love the holidays.  We've been living in so much chaos that Eliot and I haven't decorated the house in years.  We've put a few inflatables out in the yard, but it's not the same.  I really want to get our decorations organized so we can at least decorate for both Halloween and Christmas this year!

5.) Rebrand Blog and Social Media- This has been a goal of mine for a while now.  I've got a lot of ideas and I'm hoping that I can make time to finally do it this year!

6.) Be More Active on Social Media- I was looking at my Instagram recently and I realized that I only posted 10 times in all of 2019 on my personal @mydisneylifeblog account.  In 2018, I only posted on it 15 times.  For those of you counting... that's only 25 times in two whole years.  Some people post that much in a week.  Therefore, I'm making it a goal to be more active on both my Instagram and Facebook accounts!

7.) Refocus on Travel Agent Job- Along with looking at my Instagram, I also looked at all of my business Facebook pages.  My travel agent Facebook page hasn't been active for about two years either.  I'm also going to refocus on that this year.

8.) Make Disney Decor for the Holidays- I love making customized holiday decor!  I've got a list that's so long and it only keeps growing.  I'd really like to make a few things this year!

9.) Make Disney Accessories- I really enjoying creating accessories.  This year, I'd like to make a few infinity scarves in my sewing class.  I'd also like to work on some custom dresses, skirts, jewelry, hair accessories and more handbags!

10.) Have Disney Movie Nights- Now that Eliot and I have Disney+, I want to watch all the movies!!!  I'm also hoping to watch a lot of the old DCOMs (Disney Channel Original Movies).  Eliot had the idea to watch the 100 original DCOMs... so maybe we'll do that!

11.) Have Disney Board Game Nights- Eliot and I have so many board games and we love playing them.  This year, I want to unpack them, get them organized and on display so it'll be easy to break a few out to play!

12.) Disneybound/Themed Outfit Challenge- In the past, I've had a goal to wear 25 character or attraction Disneybound or themed outfits, and I'm going to do that again this year.  Last year, most of my clothes and accessories were put away while we were working on our house.  This year, I want to break them out, organize them and wear them!
I'd like to incorporate more of my Disney clothes in everyday wear!

13.) Have a Disney Themed Party- I love throwing parties.  This year, I'm really hoping we'll get the house finished and ready for our housewarming party!  It's only taken 4 years...

14.) Take an Online Class- This goal keeps getting rolled over into the next year.  I've been looking at Storyboarding, Watercoloring and Handwriting classes.  I've already enrolled myself into a self-study watercolor class.  Now, I just need to make time to do it!

15.) Design an Imagineering Project- Eliot and I love brainstorming about new attractions, restaurants, stores, parade floats, shows, and hotel resorts.  This year, I'd like to actually start doing some design work on a fantasy Imagineering project, even if it's just a small one!

16.) Read Disney Books- I have so many wonderful books- Imagineering books, art books, leadership books and Disney fiction books..  I'd really like to take some time to read them.

17.) Paint Disney Art- I have so many fun ideas!  This year, I'd like to make a few pieces, especially since we're really trying to focus on getting our house organized!  I've got plans for artwork in our kitchen/living/dining room, bedrooms, and bathrooms.  Hopefully, I'll have plenty of pictures of my artwork in our house to share by the end of 2020!

18.) Decorate House with Disney Touches- Eliot's and my main goal (besides our never-ending business goals) of 2020 is to finally get settled in our house.  Along with the artwork and holiday decor, I'd like to add some Disney touches throughout our house.  We've bought a bunch of Disney decor items to display, and I've also got a few more handmade designs in mind.  Hopefully, we'll be able to get our house painted, everything unpacked and organized so I can work on this!  I can't wait for it to be finished!

19.) Launch Clothing Line- As I stated above, I love making accessories.  This year, we're launching my clothing and accessory line!  It's been a dream of mine for about four years now, and this year I'm finally making it happen!  Stay tuned!

20.) Launch Home Decor Business- This year, Eliot and I are also launching our new home decor line.  We've been talking about this for about two years.  We've got a lot of ideas and the lists keep growing.  We'll be gearing up for our launch sometime this spring if all goes as planned!  Stay tuned for more information on this too!

And that's it!  I've given myself another big task and I've got my work cut out for me.  But, like always, I'm also very optimistic and excited for the possibilities of this year!  And I'm feeling especially good about this year.  2020 is the Year of the Rat on the Chinese Zodiac and I was born during the Year of the Rat in 1984.  In addition to that, I was born on November 20th and 20 has always been a lucky number of mine.  This is my year.  I can feel it.

Since writing these posts for my blog, I've also made myself a word of the year.  In the past, I've focused on creating, growth, blossoming, dreaming, imagination and conquering.  I've decided to make 2020's word of the year POSITIVITY.  It's so easy to get sucked into the negativity, and at times that really brought me down last year.  This year, I'm going to try and focus on the positive.  We make our own magic so I'm going to focus on that!

I'm looking forward to another year of possibility, growth and learning.  Let's do this 2020.  Let this be the year that I make my own magic so more of my dreams can come true.  °o°

Happy New Year

Happy New Year Everyone!!!  I hope your 2020 is going well so far!  I've had a nice relaxing day watching the NHL Winter Classic and Descendants at our resort in Reno, Nevada.  Eliot and his family have been up in the mountains near Lake Tahoe skiing at Alpine Meadows.  I'm not 100% sure of our plans for later on today, but I think we're going out to dinner and heading to the movies tonight!

I know many of you are probably here looking for my printable Mickey and Minnie calendars.  Unfortunately, for the first time in six years, I won't be able to post them.  As I mentioned back in September, my laptop that I made the calendars on crashed.  I've got a new laptop, but the software that I need is on my college laptop.  We're not in the financial position to get the software right at the moment, so I have no way to edit the calendars to the correct dates, months and holidays.

I haven't given up yet... but it's going to take some creativity.  I might be able to copy paste them, but I don't have the files that I need to do that right now.  I'm going to try to see if I can get them all figured out when we're home again.  Send good thoughts my way.  Hopefully, I'll be able to find a way to make the monthly calendars for 2020!

In the meantime, I'm going to work on a few other things to get the year off on the right foot!  I'm feeling really good about 2020!  Happy New Year!!!  °o°

Final Recap of 2019 Goals

This year, I had a lot of expectations for myself and sometimes I wondered if they were a little too high.  But, I really wanted to feel like I'd accomplished something when I looked back at the end of the year.  This was my first year of self-employment and I was putting it up on a pedestal.  At times, I felt like I got nothing done.  Other times, I felt like I conquered an entire mountain.  Realistically, I really just wanted to get my s**t together.  (That's literally what I wrote at the top of my working Goals for 2019 list.)  For a while, I have felt like I've been floating along as a bystander in my own life.  This year, I wanted to take some of that control back.  And to me, that feeling of control usually coincides with a checklist.  Hence, this post.

This year, I picked up my tradition of posting my Disney goals.  Back in January, I posted 20 of my Disney Goals for 2019.  Now I'm back to see how I did.  I've been making goal lists for about 10 years now and I've never completed an entire list before.  Nevertheless, it's something that I genuinely look forward to.  Here are my past goal posts: 2014 goals, 2014 recap, 2015 goals, 2015 recap, 2016 goals, 2016 recap, 2017 goals.  (As you can see, I never did a 2017 recap, or even posted any of my 2018 goals.  In early 2017, Happily Ever Hatter really took off and I've barely looked back since.  For 2018, I had the same goals as 2017 and I didn't even look at the list except for the first few days of the year.)

For 2019, I went back to basics.  Some of these have been on the lists since the very beginning.  For those of you who are new, or need a reminder, here is a short version:

The list was long but at the beginning of the year, it seemed manageable.  So, without further ado, let's see how I did with my 2019 goals!

Melissa's Blog and Disney Goals for 2019

1.)  Go to Walt Disney World- Goal Met
It seems like this is always my first goal of every new year.  Walt Disney World is my happy place, and it's always a goal to go back!  I'm happy to say that this year, I was able to go to my happy place five times- in January, February, September, November and in December.

2.)  Go to Disneyland- Goal Met
Disneyland stole my heart back when it celebrated it's 60th year.  This year, we didn't officially have plans to go back but we were hopeful that we'd be able to.  Although, it was a quick trip, Eliot and I did go to Disneyland for a day in May.

3.) Go on a Disney Cruise- Goal Met
Ever since we did our first cruise in the fall of 2016 I've been dying to go on another.  This year, not only was I able to go on one Disney Cruise, but I went on three!!!  First, I went on a Halloween on the High Seas Cruise for SeaCon 2 back in September.  Then, I was blessed to go on back-to-back Very Merry Time Cruises in early December.  It was heaven.

4.) Do the Princess RunDisney Races- Goal Met
This was my RunDisney swan song.  I don't think I'll do another 10K, and I'm definitely not signing up for another half marathon unless I've trained properly and already completed a few trials at home.  I'm simply not built to do the long distances and it's not worth potentially injuring my bad knee.

5.)  Attend the D23 Expo- Goal Not Met
We had so much fun at D23 Expo 2017 that I couldn't imagine missing this year.  However, we weren't in the financial position to go, so we made the difficult decision to stay home.

6.) Go the the Epcot Festival of the Arts- Goal Met
I've been dreaming of going to this Festival ever since I first heard of it.  This year, we were finally able to attend the 3rd ever Festival of the Arts.  It's now my favorite festival.  Eliot and I were blessed to be there for both opening day and for the last day of the festival this year.  I can't wait to go see it again!

7.) Go to Disney at Christmas Time- Goal Met
This year, we were able to see the decorations at both Walt Disney World and on our Disney Cruises in December!  We also got an extra holiday trip in there at Thanksgiving with his family.  I love seeing the parks and cruise ships decorated.  They're spectacularly beautiful.

8.) Make Disney Decor for the Holidays- Goal Not Met
I don't think I made any specific holiday decorations this year, but I did organize some of my crafting supplies so that I can in the future.  I've got so many ideas!

9.) Make Disney Accessories- Goal Met
I really enjoying creating accessories.  This year, I expanded my horizons as I made myself a few tote bags in my sewing class.  I'm looking forward to learning how to make more bags, scarves, skirts, dresses and more!

10.) Have Disney Movie Nights- Goal Met
Thanks to Freeform, I've seen a lot of Disney movies that I hadn't in a while.  Now that we have Disney+ I expect that number to rise!

11.) Have Disney Board Game Nights- Goal Not Met
Eliot and I have so many board games and we love playing them.  This year, we weren't able to play any of them, but we did start to organize them.

12.) Disneybound/Themed Outfit Challenge- Goal Not Met
This year, I put a lot of my clothes and accessories away in order to work on getting the house organized.   Unfortunately, that made it so that I didn't really care about making themed outfits.  I have so many fun things and I'm hoping I can do it more next year!

13.)  Have a Disney Themed Party- Goal Not Met
Blah, I still really want to do this... it wasn't the year but I'm still hopeful!

14.) Take an Online Class- Goal Not Met
This is one of those goals that keeps getting rolled into the next year.  I've been looking at online Storyboard, Watercolor or Handwriting classes for sometime now.  I still didn't make time to do any of them this year, but I was able to take a lot of adult education classes in person so that's made me feel really fulfilled.  I love learning new techniques.

15.) Design an Imagineering Project- Goal Not Met
Eliot and I love brainstorming about new parks attractions, shows, restaurants, stores, and hotel resorts.  We'd love to work on a small design project but it wasn't meant to be this year.

16.) Read Disney Books- Goal Not Met
I have so many books.  Santa brought me a few new Disney books for Christmas last year.  I didn't get a chance to read them, but I'm ready to make time for them.  I miss reading!

17.) Paint Disney Art- Goal Not Met
I have so many fun ideas!  Unfortunately, none of them came to be this year.

18.) Decorate House with Disney Touches- Got Not Met
Eliot's and my main goal (besides business goals) of 2019 was to finally get settled in our house.  We didn't accomplish that, but we did make huge strides towards it.  Stay tuned!

19.) Launch Clothing Line- Got Not Met
This year, we were supposed to launch my clothing and accessory line.  It didn't work out as I'd planned, but I'm ready to work extra hard to make it happen.

20.) Launch Home Decor Business- Goal Not Met
We were also supposed to launch our home decor business and we were very close to doing it this past spring.  However, after much deliberation, we realized that we needed to re-design a few products that we wanted to launch.  We're looking to a Spring 2020 release instead!

All in all, 2019 was a good year.  My 2019 word of the year was CONQUER.  I had my sights set high to conquer most (if not all) of these goals and I'm a little disappointed that I fell short of that goal.  However, I'm very happy with everything we were able to accomplish.  We traveled a lot this year- a lot more than we were planning to.  That takes up time, but we still were able to get our Happily Ever Hatter stuff done.  Plus, we made huge strides on the house projects.  Eliot and I are on the right track, now we just have to keep it going!

Thanks for the adventure 2019!  Here's to another year to dream big, set my sights high and reach for the stars!!!  Goodbye 2019!  Hello 2020!!!  °o°

December 2019 Calendar

Hello December!!!  What better way to start December and the holiday countdown than by spending it at my favorite place?!?!  Today, Eliot and I are wrapping up the last day of our Thanksgiving trip to Walt Disney World with his family.  Then, after a few days home in Maine, we'll be back to our favorite place later on this week to kick-off our back-to-back Very Merrytime Disney Cruises and WDW trip with my family!  Between now and Christmas, we're going to be away more than we'll be home which means this month is going to fly-by!!!!  Thankfully, I have my trusty Mickey and Minnie calendars to keep me organized!  And they can help keep your holiday schedule organized too!

I'm so humbled and honored to continue the tradition of posting my free printable calendars for other Disney fans to enjoy.  This is my 5th year!!!  I started making these back when I started my blog in 2014.  I first designed them as a way to track Eliot's and my RunDisney training and it's come so far!  I was so happy with how they turned out that I had to share them with everyone else.  To date, my printable calendars have been used for Disney trip countdowns, Disney themed classrooms, training calendars for runDisney events and to surprise kids with a Disney vacation!

Feel free to link this post up to Pinterest or Facebook so your friends and family can have a fun Mickey and Minnie calendar too!  Let's spread the Disney Magic!!!  °o°

Note: I've made calendars through 2019.  I don't post the PDF links on my blog until the beginning of each month.  If you're looking for a particular month and would like me to email it to you ahead of my post going live, you can send my blog an email at mydisneylifeblog[at]gmail.com.  I'll send you the PDFs directly as soon as I can!  :-)
