Magical Merchandise: Disney American Girl Dolls

Happy Monday Friends!  It has been SO long since I've done a post about Disney merchandise.  Although I've saved photos of products here and there over the past year and a half, there's absolutely no way that I'll ever get "caught up" with them.  But I would like to get back into posting about merchandise more regularly.  So today I've made a special selection to get back into my Magical Merchandise Monday blog segment.

I believe I've briefly told you about my obsession with American Girl Dolls when I was younger.  Felicity was my absolute favorite, but I also had Samantha and a doll that looked like me.  I would spend hours pouring over the catalog when it arrived in the mail.  I always loved the little miniature foods and accessories.  Even as I grew older, my American Girl Dolls were very special to me, and I've taken extra care of them.

So you can imagine my surprise when one day, I opened my email inbox to discover that American Girl was making Disney Princess dolls!  It's like a dream come true!

In July of 2023, AG released three limited edition American Girl Doll Collector Series dolls to coincide with Disney's 100th anniversary celebration.  (I had every intention of posting about the dolls on here... and then a few weeks later my world came crashing down.)  The first three dolls released were Rapunzel, Belle and Jasmine.  Swarovski partnered with AG for the collector dolls and they had tons of sparkle and details on their outfits.  The dolls were limited to 4,000 of each design and they retailed for $300.

At the time, I remember thinking that $300 was a little more expensive than what I would want to spend on one of them.  But looking back, I wish I had splurged and gotten Rapunzel.  The intricate details on her dress are absolutely stunning!

But thankfully, I didn't totally miss out as this was only the beginning of the Disney and American Girl collaboration.  Since the original collector series, AG has also made more standard play dolls for little girls.  So when I saw these... I knew I had to get them.

In February of 2024, they released the first general dolls: Tiana, Ariel and Cinderella... along with other outfits and accessory packs (with sidekicks!) for each of them.

In July of 2024, they released limited edition versions of Anna and Elsa as part of their Frozen American Girl Doll Collector Series dolls.

In August 2024, I was pleased to see that Rapunzel was back, but it was a simpler version of the doll instead of the Swarovski collector design.  However, I didn't care because I knew she would be mine someday.  She also had accessories with her release.  The only disappointing part of her release is that Rapunzel didn't come with another dress option like the original three general dolls did.

Back in November they released Moana to coincide with the release of Moana 2 in theaters.  The doll is beautiful, but Pua and Hei Hei really steal the show!

And this was where I thought today's posts about new Disney American Girl Dolls was going to end... but I happened to check my email less than 5 minutes before I had this post scheduled to go live at 2:30 PM and they have literally just released a general Belle doll.  (Talk about some good timing!)  So after a few quick adjustments and additions to my post, here's what the Belle doll released today looks like!

Aren't these adorable?!?!?  I'm obsessed... and I'm confident that American Girl will be releasing more of the Disney Princesses as time passes.  I can't wait to see who is next and what other outfits, accessories and side kicks she'll have available!

The reason I picked this for my first Magical Merchandise Monday post back, is that I am now the very proud owner of two of these Disney dolls.  For Christmas this year, I asked Santa for a lot of smaller paints and crafting supplies... but my "big items" were Rapunzel and Cinderella.  So Christmas morning, I was transported back in time 30 years as I delicately opened Rapunzel (from my Mom) and Cinderella (from Jeremy).

The dolls are so beautiful.  I won't lie, even though I knew what they were when I was opening them, it still made me a little bit teary eyed.  It brought me back to being a kid and feeling all of the wonder when I first opened Felicity and Samantha.  And the two accessory packs I got took my breath away.  Rapunzel's little paint set is perfection, and Cinderella's pink dress tugged at my heartstrings.  That scene of the mice and birds making her pink dress will always remind me of my Nana.

It's safe the say that American Girl has knocked it out of the park on these Disney dolls.  I am so happy they have partnered with Disney to bring these dolls to the current generation of little girls... and to those of us "big girls" who are still young at heart.  °o°

All photos are from the American Girl website, their facebook page or from marketing emails they sent me.  For more information, please visit their website.  (I also used American Girl Fandom Wiki to research information in this post.)

Looking Back At My 30 Things to Do During My 30's List

Well, I wasn't sure if I'd ever get back to this list.  But something was calling me to come on here and bring some closure to it... so here I am.

I had originally planned to do this blog post as a six months to go check in.  But since that came and went back months ago when I wasn't actively blogging, we're just going to wrap this up and move forward.  So now as a newly 40 year old, I'm officially saying goodbye to my 30's and my 30 Things to Do During My 30's List.

For those of you who are new here, ten years ago I decided to make a list of thirty things that I wanted to do during my 30's.  I decided to make this list after discovering that a lot of people make 30 things to do before turning 30 lists.  I didn't do it before I turned 30, so I decided to make one for while I was in my thirties.  Then, I kicked off my 30th year with a Rapunzel and Tangled themed birthday party.  Instead of turning 30 with dread like most people do, I chose to look at it as the next big adventure.

Over the past ten years, I've had to make some tweaks to the original list.  There was my first revised list when my priorities changed.  Then, I checked in again at the halfway point.  My last revision and update was two years ago when I reached the 3/4 mark. After the coronavirus pandemic, there were a few things that didn't make sense to keep on the list.  But I wasn't too worried about it... a lot can happen in 10 years!

Here's the list for those of you who haven't seen it:

  29. Launch Other Business Ideas
  30. Take Nice Photographs at Walt Disney World for Our 10th Anniversary

I was originally planning to do three blog posts with a recap of 10 goals on each one.  My idea was that I could go into more detail about accomplishing each of the goals I was able to.  But right now, I simply don't have that in me.  A lot of these you've already heard about on here anyways... and I'm not going to get into the things that I didn't accomplish.  There are various reasons we didn't check some of these off... and I've become a lot more of a private person than I used to be a decade ago.

So without further ado, here are the simplified results of my list.

I think I did pretty good.  Some of the things I didn't accomplish were out of my control, and some of them just weren't high priorities anymore.  A few of them were works in progress, with me completing most- but not getting the entire list completed.  I'm happy with what I did accomplish!  Plus I had a ton of cool experiences that I wasn't expecting to do that definitely made up for the things I didn't do in my 30's.  Here's that fun list! 🙂

All in all, my 30's were pretty good.  They weren't really what I was expecting when I first set out to make this list.  But even with those jaded visions of things not coming to pass, they were still good overall.  (And losing my Dad in my 30's was definitely not on my Bingo card...)  Now I'm ready to put my 30's behind me, and look ahead to the future and what exciting new experiences and things my 40's will bring!

And that's a wrap on my 30 Things to Do During My 30's List! °o°

    Tangled Turns 10

Happy 10th Anniversary Tangled!!!  It's been ten years since Rapunzel escaped from her tower and saw the floating lanterns gleam.  This is the perfect year for Tangled to be celebrating it's anniversary year.  I mean, who else is better at social distancing than Rapunzel?  Plus, she's the princess of the Kingdom of Corona!  (Nowadays, aren't we all feeling a little like the lost princess?  But I digress...)

For me, picking a favorite Disney movie would be like picking a favorite child, but if I had to pick only one, Tangled would be it.  Rapunzel has always been the Disney princess that I relate to most.  Her creativity, optimism, dreaming and hope has always resonated with me.  I also love to learn new things, paint, sew, bake, read and to make things.  Plus, I've always loved her tower.  While I wouldn't want to be trapped up there, I'd love to have my own tower like hers to craft and read in.

Tangled has been a big part of my life over the last 10 years.  I walked down the aisle to "I See the Light" at our Disney Wedding.  Back then, Eliot hadn't seen Tangled yet, but the song felt like the perfect tie in to our fairy tale wedding.  I had a Tangled themed 30th Birthday Party.  I also wrote my 30 Things to Do in my 30's and was inspired by Rapunzel's sense of wonder and dreaming.

I have so many Tangled outfits and accessories.  Through the years, I've collected bows, headbands, jewelry, mini backpacks, purses, shirts, skirts, dresses and more.  I even wore a Rapunzel inspired outfit for my 32nd Birthday.

Eliot and I also took some inspiration from Rapunzel and Flynn for our Fall 2017 Dapper Day Outfits.  I'm not sure if I ever posted about it, but we Disneybounded as Rapunzel and Flynn in Christmas themed attire.  I created my green and red skirt.  I also made myself a Christmas Tangled lantern that even lit up!  (We were stopped all over the Magic Kingdom from people asking where they could purchase one!)

Tangled is also one of our favorite films to get design inspiration from.  Tangled was one of the first 3D printed mouse ear designs that we created.  Through the years, I've made many different variations of our Tangled sun ears.  My favorite was probably my most recent flower crown when I even made my own little magic flower!

Eliot also debuted his Tangled Desk set a few months ago.  It's been pretty popular since then and we're hoping to add a few more items to the collection as well!

I've also gotten inspiration from Rapunzel for my office.  We painted my office a soft purple color that was totally inspired by her dress. I dream of someday having an entire Rapunzel themed office. I've already been collecting things here and there to put in it!

As you can see, Tangled has had a big impact on our lives. Thank you Walt Disney Animation Studios for creating a film that so many people love and relate to.

    Happy 10th Anniversary Tangled!!!  °o°

New Product Alert: Tangled Desk Collection

Hello Friends!  I hope you're having a wonderful week.  I've had a crazy few weeks, but I wanted to stop in really quick to post about Eliot's new desk set that we just released a few days ago over in his Snowblade Creations shop!

It's been a few weeks since we first debuted our Spaceship Earth Desk Sets.  We've gotten rave reviews from friends, family and customers.  Eliot and I have been absolutely floored by the response.  Since then, we've been working on a few sets behind the scenes and this week we finally added all of our Tangled designs!!!

First, we have the Tangled Sun Business Card Holder.  This has actually been in the shop since January, but we finally made it in gold- it pops much more than the purple!

Next, we have the Tangled Sun Pen and Pencil Holder.  I've actually had this sample sitting on my countertop for months.  I wanted one to hold my make up brushes and we decided to wait to post it until it had some friends in the shop.

The most recent addition is our Tangled I See the Light Sticky Note Holder.  I didn't want the entire collection to be the sun, so we added this.  (We'll have a few more things for the collection in the coming months... but we're sticking to these for now.)

We also have the Tangled Sun Jewelry and Storage Box.  I love these little boxes; they're great for paper clips, but they're even more perfect for storing jewelry.  I'll probably end up with 10 different designs on my vanity before this is all said and done.

Finally, we're debuting a completely new product.  This is a Succulent Pot and Storage Tray.  I had Eliot design this for me months ago along with the Pen Holder.  (It's also been sitting on the counter for months waiting for friends.)  I really wanted a Succulent Pot for small plants, but it can also be used to store jewelry, paper clips, etc.  I think I'm going to get some small faux pink and purple succulents to put in mine.  Then, the colors of the plants will remind me of Rapunzel's dress.

Eliot and I are both really excited about how this set came out and the response to it so far... and we're still only getting started.  We've got at least two more desk sets that will debuting in the upcoming weeks.  We've also been working on a few stand alone items.  I've already added a few of those to the shop, but I'll be sure to write a post over here once I finish a few more samples of them!  Stay tuned!  °o°

I've Got A Dream, In Quarantine

Happy Tangled Tuesday!!!  It's official... I think I've snapped.  Eliot was starting to think this a few weeks ago when I started laughing hysterically about something silly that he asked me.  (It shouldn't have been that funny.)  After today, I concur with his analysis.

Ever since quarantine started, I haven't been able to stop thinking of the similarities to our current situation with my favorite Disney Princess.  She's locked away far from everyone in a tower and she finds tons of activities to do to keep herself busy.  This has Rapunzel written all over it.  Add that to the fact that Rapunzel is the Princess of the Kingdom of Corona, and you've got a pretty weird coincidence.

I've always felt a kinship to Rapunzel and I think that's why she's my favorite Disney Princess.  Of all the Disney Princesses, Rapunzel is the creative one.  I've always admired Belle for her love of books.  After many years with no princess that looked like me, Merida was revealed and she has the same hair as me- in both color and the wild unruly curls.  There's something about each Disney Princess that resonates with me, but Rapunzel is the one who perfectly captures my creative side.  I've also always identified with Rapunzel's sense of wonder and how she always has a dream.

Thus, I tend to keep my eye out for Rapunzel merchandise.  In the past, it hasn't been easy to find many Rapunzel things for adults.  I've usually been able to find items on eBay from Japan, but it's taken a while for brands to realize her popularity here in the US.  Recently, there have been more Rapunzel items available, and they tend to sell out quickly.  With the movie Tangled's 10th anniversary milestone coming later this year, I'm expecting more items to be available between now and November.

A few weeks ago, I stumbled across a shirt on Hot Topic.  At the time, it didn't jump right out at me so I kind of tucked it in the back of my mind.  Once it was apparent that we were going to be staying at home for a while, I knew this shirt had to be mine.  It's perfect for our current situation.  I love the postcard design and how it says "Greetings from Corona" and "find your dream".  It really spoke to me.

In fact, I loved the shirt so much that I decided to make it my inspiration for another fake holiday by having a Rapunzel inspired day filled with some of the same activities she does including: chores, laundry, reading, painting, cooking, stretching, baking and sketching!  I figured it was the perfect way to spend the day other than sitting here wondering, and wandering, and wondering, when will my life begin?

Throughout the day, I sprinkled in the usual chores like emptying the dishwasher and loading it, tidying up a bit and doing some laundry.  It seems like these are never ending.  I wish I was more like Rapunzel and could do all of my chores first to get them done and over with, but that never seems to work out!  I feel like I've never washed so many dishes in my life... must be all that quarantine cooking!

Speaking of cooking, that's another one of Rapunzel's tasks.  Unfortunately, we're running out of groceries so instead of cooking a yummy meal, I had to make due with whatever I could find.  Eliot and I are going grocery shopping in the next few days, so I decided it was best to use up what I had.  Thus, lunch was a ham and cheese omelette made with my last three eggs, shredded cheese and the last few pieces of deli ham.

In the afternoon and early evening, I did some of the fun and creative things.  I didn't sew a dress, but I did try on three of my new dresses- appropriately my Her Universe Rapunzel Tangled dress was first!  Next, I tried on my Pixar Lamp & Ball and Ink & Paint Disney Dress Shop dresses.  I love these dresses and I am hoping to get some dress patterns to make my own dresses like them!  Then, I tried on a few other items.

After, I went back downstairs and decided to work on an art project.  I've been wanting to start painting a large 3D printed Bruni that Eliot made me a few weeks ago.  I've got two of them in this size, so I definitely wanted to paint one of them.  Once I see how he turns out, I might paint the other.  I'm planning to put one of them on my vanity in our bedroom and the other in my office.  It would have been more appropriate if it was a Pascal, but I like to think that Pascal and Bruni are both friends!

I also wanted to work on some new designs for Snowblade Creations.  We're working on finishing a few more collections to release soon.  I decided to sketch out a product concept ideas for Eliot so he's able to work on designing them when he has a chance!

If Rapunzel was locked away in her tower now, I'm sure she'd add online shopping to her to do list.  Today, I bought a few things in her honor as I purchased Rapunzel inspired face masks from Attractioneering Trading Company.  I saw these the other day and I fell in love with the Tangled sun and leaf motif on both.  I'm a fan of the artist Hollie Ballard (aka jammyjimjams on Instagram) and I'm really excited that she partnered with Attractioneering Trading Company to make these cute masks.  The Bruni and Frozen ones were just released the other day, so I'm glad that I waited and was able to pre-order them all at once!  I also caved and bought the matching mug!

I hopped on Disney+ to watch Tangled and then YouTube to watch the Tangled Ever After short sequel.  I've also wanted to watch all of the Rapunze's Tangled Adventures tv shows.  I've seen the first season, but I missed the second and third.  I'd love to watch them all in order at some point, but those will have to wait for another day!

For our Happily Ever Hatter Instagram post, I took inspiration from my fake holiday and I posted a photo of me at the Tangled restrooms in Fantasyland.  It's my favorite little section of the Magic Kingdom, other than Cinderella Castle.  I love Rapunzel's Tower, the waterfall, the painting in the women's restroom and the details in this section.  I only wish it was bigger!  Eliot and I also love the lantern photo op at nighttime!

This evening, I grabbed a book off of my shelf.  Most of my books are still packed up from when we moved into our house 4 years ago.  However, I had a few of them out on my book shelf- mostly my boxed sets.  I watched the Hunger Games movies a few weeks ago and I really wanted to reread the books since it's been a few years.  Plus, today was the perfect day to start since the 4th book, "The Ballard of Songbirds and Snakes" was released today!  I haven't bought it yet, but I'm might try to see if it's at Walmart or Target the next time I go!  I'm hoping to read a few chapters each day.

Before heading to bed, I baked cookies as a bedtime snack.  It wasn't anything fancy; I had some pre-made cookie dough in the fridge that I needed to use before it expired.  I miss baking from scratch, but baking supplies are hard to find right now.  Hopefully, I'll be able to get my hands on stuff soon... I'd love to make some yummy treats!

After enjoying a few cookies, Eliot and I headed upstairs and I stretched my legs, arms, and back before getting into bed.  I don't stretch as often as I should so I made sure to take a leaf from Rapunzel's book.  I've been trying to be more aware of my shoulder and neck muscles since realizing my migraine headaches were from tension/stress.

Finally, I'm ending my Tangled Tuesday celebration with the inspiration that started it all.  All of my self-made holidays seem to have a quarantine theme song attached to them.  Quarantine-O-Ween had my quarantine rendition of "This is Halloween".  My Very Merry Quarantime day had a social distanced variation of "We Wish You A Merry Christmas".  Today, I'm adding to my Quarantine Jams with my new quarantine themed version of "I've Got a Dream" from Tangled... feel free to sing-along!

I've got a dream, In Quarantine,

I just want to go outside and to be seen!
    And with every passing minute,
I wonder how long we'll be in it,
Like all you lovely folks, in quarantine...
Yes, way down deep inside, I've got a dream!!!

I enjoyed my Rapunzel and Tangled celebration!  I might do it again in a few weeks... with less chores and more creativity!  I hope you enjoyed following along.  Sending love from my tower to yours!!!  I hope you have a wonderful week!  °o°

    My 32nd Birthday Outfit

Happy Tangled Tuesday!!!  I'm really trying to get caught up on some of my blog posts, and this is one that I've been dying to write up for months now!  My 32nd birthday was a ton of fun.  One of the aspects that made it extra fun was my Rapunzel/Tangled themed outfit.  I showed you a few pictures back in November, but I wanted to share where I got everything!  It was definitely a day filled with small shop love!

I purchased my "I'm So Glad I Left My Tower" Rapunzel Raglan by Happily Ever Tees a few months before my birthday.  This particular color scheme was a limited edition, and I knew it would be perfect!  It definitely brought my whole outfit together!

I treated myself to my Rapunzel Tiara by Fairytale Wigs.  It was half off, and I literally ordered it for myself as a birthday present.  It's so sparkly!

I've had this Rapunzel Bow by Mad Hatter Bows for a few years now.  Since Elissa braided my hair, I didn't end up wearing it or the tiara on my birthday.  But, I'm definitely going to wear it with my other Tangled accessories in the future!

I've been waiting for the perfect occasion to debut my super cute Pascal Brooch by Hungry Designs!  Now I can't wait to wear it again!

I love my Rapunzel Necklace by Le Petit Mouse.  Not only is the Mickey Mouse charm with her tiara really cute, but the Tangled sun was a great addition to my outfit!

Of course, I had to wear my "Best Day Ever" Rapunzel Button by Parkbound Buttons!

I've also been waiting for the perfect occasion to debut my rose gold Rapunzel Tiara ring by AOS Design.  I had it since last Valentine's Day, and I wanted to wear it sometime special.  I absolutely love the rose gold limited edition version of it!

Of course, this was also the perfect day to wear some of my charms on my arms!  Eliot got me the Rapunzel Charm from Pandora whole ago, and it's adorable.  I'm a sucker for the princess dress charms!  I added my Rapunzel bracelet from Alex and Ani as an afterthought (it's not pictured in the top photo) to create this super cute look!

I absolutely love how my Rapunzel/Tangled inspired outfit came out!  I had so much fun wearing it.  I definitely want to try to do more Disney looks at home!  I am so happy with all of these purchases from small shops!  They really made my outfit unique! °o°

30 Things To Do During My 30's

It's hard to believe that my 31st birthday is one week from today!  It seems like I was just celebrating my 30th birthday!  I've noticed that a lot of people make 30 things to do before turning 30 lists.  I heard about it shortly before my 30th birthday and it didn't leave me much time to make a list, much less to complete it!  Since I missed the ship on that one, I've decided to make a 30 Things to Do During My 30's list instead!

You all know how much I love to make bucket lists for my trips.  It probably comes as no surprise that I'm a huge fan of lists.  (My "Notes" section on my iPhone currently has 578 notes and most of those are lists of some sort... yikes!)  This concept intrigued me and it seemed like a great idea to make a longer term bucket list of sorts.

I started off my 30th year with a Rapunzel and Tangled themed birthday party.  Instead of looking at turning 30 with dread, I chose to look at it as the next adventure.  I've always identified with Rapunzel's sense of wonder and how she always has a dream.  I think this list captures that philosophy and spirit.

I've included a few things I've wanted to do for a while now but that I haven't gotten the chance.  I've also included some of the things from my ever-growing Disney Bucket List (which I really should type up at some point).  Ok, the first two things on the list I've already completed.  But I've already been 30 for almost a year, and those two things would have definitely made the list anyways!  Without further ado, here it is:

30 Things To Do During My 30's:

    1. Visit Disneyland during the 60th Anniversary Check
    2. Buy our First House Check
    3. Go On Our First Disney Cruise
    4. Get a Puppy
    5. Have Kids
    6. Attend a D23 Convention
    7. Ride in the Lily Belle Train Car
    8. Go to Disney for Dapper Day
    9. Ride a Horse
    10. Get My Photo Taken with Every Disney Princess
    11. Visit Pixar Studios
    12. Complete a Disney Half Marathon
    13. Visit Walt Disney World during the 50th Anniversary
    14. Ride in a Hot Air Balloon
    15. Go to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party
    16. Take a Walk in Walt's Footsteps Tour
    17. Read a Book in French
    18. Complete a Disney Race Challenge
    19. Go to Aulani
    20. Visit the Walt Disney Family Museum
    21. Swim with a Dolphin
    22. Go on all of the Opening Day Attractions at Disneyland in one day
    23. Earn a Coast to Coast Medal

    26. Go to a Disney Christmas Parade Taping
    27. Host a Dinner Party
    28. Go to the Magic Kingdom on it's 50th Birthday (October 1st of 2021)
    29. Launch Other Business Ideas
    30. Have a 10th Anniversary Vow Renewal

This is an ambitious list, but it seems very do-able, especially since I still have nine more years to accomplish everything on it!  As I slowly check things off, I'll be sure to update it like I have the first two items on the list!  °o°

    Weekend Shopping

Last night, Eliot and I took an impromptu trip up to Portland to go shopping.  It doesn't take much for us to hop in the car to go for a quick shopping trip, especially when we both run crafty businesses and are always needing supplies.  In fact, I actually needed a few things from the craft stores and we also had some coupons.

On the drive up, my car's service light turned on.  We ended up going to Wal-Mart to check the oil just in case.  It needed some, so we went to Wal-Mart, which wasn't on our original to do list.  Of course, while there, we poked around a bit.  Eliot found Toy Story and Lion King pj pants for me and we decided to get them.  I don't have many pants in the thinner material.  These are so cute!  They'll be perfect this fall.

After Wal-Mart, we ran a few errands before heading over to the mall.  I wanted to see if Hot Topic had their new Dumbo bow.  I wanted to get one since Eliot's running the Dumbo Challenge next month!  Unfortunately, they didn't have it.  Instead, Eliot bought two of the Inside Out Mystery Minis by Funko.  I opened up Fear and he got Joy.

We walked through the mall over to the Hallmark store.  Before Eliot left for California, The Paper Source had all of the Inside Out itty bittys.  I was curious what they had in stock now.  Eliot went to another store while I looked around.  I realized they only had one Disgust left.  They also had two Rapunzel plush, but one looked a little wonky.  I decided to purchase those two since I was trying to behave myself.

I went to meet up with Eliot.  He saw my bag and asked what I got.  I showed him Disgust and Rapunzel.  He asked why I only got Disgust and I told him how there were plenty of the other Inside Out itty bittys left.  He then asked me how much each of them were.  Before I knew it, we were walking back across the mall to Hallmark!  Eliot had cash on him and he bought me Joy, Fear, Anger and Sadness!  He's the best husband ever!  My little itty bitty collection is slowly growing!

We had dinner at Chipotle before heading to JoAnn Fabrics.  I needed blue sparkly fabric for one of the Disneyland projects I'm working on.  I had a few great coupons to use so the timing was perfect.  After seeing the coupons, Eliot disappeared for a few minutes and came back with the Olaf fabric he's been admiring for a while.  He got four yards at 60% off and it was a great deal!  He's got a special project in mind for it that we'll try to work on sometime this winter.  I'll share photos once it's completed!

All in all, it was a great spur of the moment shopping trip!  Now I have a few more craft supplies to keep me busy with projects for our upcoming trips!!!  °o°
