To recap: I decided to make this list after discovering that a lot of people make 30 things to do before turning 30 lists. I didn't have time to do it before I turned 30, so I decided to make one for myself while I was in my thirties. Then, I kicked off my 30th year with a Rapunzel and Tangled themed birthday party. Instead of looking at turning 30 with dread like most people do, I chose to look at it as the next big adventure.

Today, I'm back with a few more revisions. My last update was on February 20th of 2020. And... we all know what's happened since then. After a worldwide pandemic, that we're still getting through, some of these goals no longer feel viable in our post-pandemic world. Private tours and other intimate experiences have been shut down for over two years. These are still things that I'd like to do, but it feels like they might be more appropriate to attempt to accomplish in the next decade.
So I've turned the goals that I'm changing to red, with their replacements in blue. I've also crossed off all the goals that I've accomplished so far! Here's where my goal list is now that I'm three quarters of the way through my thirties:

I still have a quite a bit to accomplish, but I know it's possible! There are also a few goals above that I'm in the process of completing so they aren't crossed off yet. I've gotten my photo taken with most of the Disney Princesses. I've also finished 4 out of my 5 RunDisney races and I only need one more Disney Cruise to reach Gold Level!
I'm also really happy with my new additions. I originally wanted to do so much and I wanted all of my goals to feel big. But if the past few years taught me anything, it's that there's a lot to be said about the smaller moments in life too. Adding things like taking Mom and Dad to Disneyland for the first time, and watching the Sharks at different arenas with Eliot mean more to me than some of the more exclusive goals that I had originally filled my list with. This list feels right to me in this moment.
In a few more years, near the end of my thirties, I'm planning to do 3 posts with a recap of 10 goals on each. Then, I can write about accomplishing each of them! I also have a list of cool things I've done in my 30's that I wasn't expecting to do! That's shaping up to be a fun list that I'll share in another post... or two!
I'm feeling good about where I'm at! I can do this!!!! On to the next adventure!!! °o°
