It's beginning to look a lot like holiday time!!! Christmas in July is quickly approaching and I for one couldn't be more excited! As you all know, I absolutely love the holidays and after the 4th of July, it's a long wait for me to get to my favorite time of the year... Halloween to New Years! Christmas in July is the perfect taste of Christmas magic and it always helps me get over the hump!
Hallmark is also getting in on the Christmas in July fun. All of the Christmas movies started playing on the Hallmark Channel last Friday, but they've been on Hallmark's sister station (Movies and Mysteries) for the past two weeks. Eliot and I now have 12 holiday movies on the DVR that we haven't seen! There are also 2 others playing at the end of the month, and the new movie that just debuted on Saturday! So before Christmas in July is over, we'll have recorded 15 movies that we've never seen!
In addition to the holiday movies, this week Hallmark is also releasing all of their new 2021 Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments! They are debuting over 250 ornaments and there are so many cute ones this year! You'll find Disney, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Muppets, Peanuts, Dr. Seuss, Sesame Street and more! I thought that I'd swing by here to share a few of my favorites from this year's Hallmark ornament collection!
The first new ornament I saw that really got me excited was the Walt Disney and Mickey Storytellers ornament! I find the Partners Statue ornament all over Walt Disney World so I loved this ornament depicting the statue in California Adventure!
I thought this "Kiss the Girl" musical ornament was really cute!
I have to get this Steamboat Willie ornament for our master bedroom!
In this house, we love Sesame Street. Eliot and I had so much fun visiting the fictional town when we went to Sea World in 2019. I think this Cookie Monster ornament would be a perfect reminder of our adventures there!
My Dad absolutely loves Snoopy and this is so cute!
Jeremy loves video games and he would love this Nintendo Super NES ornament!
Eliot loves Chip and Dale and their silly antics.
Of course, Eliot and I also have a soft spot for Eeyore!
I'm also a huge Harry Potter fan and I love this Sorting Hat ornament!
This Harry Potter Three Broomsticks ornament reminds me of the magical trips I've taken to visit Hogsmeade at Universal Studios in Orlando!
This Harry Potter Wizard in Training Baby Mobile ornament is so cute. No... we don't have any news to share, but I am really tempted to get it for the future and to simply change the date on it if necessary! It really is just that cute!
Star Wars fans, rejoice because they made a Death Star Tree topper! It's so cool!
Hocus Pocas fans will be excited about this Winifred ornament! I really hope they make Sarah and Mary eventually! This would also be fun to use for Halloween!
It's the 20th anniversary of Monsters Inc. this year so they needed a cute ornament! I love how this one has Boo in her monster costume.
This Miniature Tree Skirt and Topper set is really cute! We might need to get one!
I absolutely love the style of this Aurora ornament with her castle on her dress. She's the second ornament in a series and apparently I missed Cinderella last year. I'll have to find her so I can collect all of the princesses!
This Elsa "Show Yourself" musical ornament is adorable. I think I might get one to put on my vanity. Then, I can play the music whenever I need a pick me up!
This Cinderella and Fairy Godmother is perfection; it will make a great Christmas gift!
I love this Rapunzel ornament of her painting! I'm going to get it so I can start getting more ornaments in my Rapunzel collection. (Someday, I want to have a Tangled tree!)
Finally, my favorite new piece isn't actually an ornament, but it is part of the Hallmark Keepsake release! This Disney Princess Carousel is a musical tabletop decoration that you can enjoy year round! It features Belle, Ariel, Jasmine and Cinderella and plays songs from each of their movies. I love how Ariel is riding on a seahorse and Jasmine is on Rajah! They did a beautiful job on this piece!
