Hockey is back!!! Ok, so the 2021- 2022 NHL season officially kicked off on Tuesday, but the San Jose Shark's first game of the season is tonight!
Eliot and I have been looking forward to hockey starting back up; it hasn't felt as long as it usually does. Normally, the wait from the playoffs to the start of the new season feels like forever. However, I haven't been in a rush to get this season started.
The Sharks haven't exactly played that great the past two seasons, so we've kept busy watching other teams in the playoffs instead. But, it's a new year and our guys have a clean slate. I'm excited to see how the Sharks look this year!
Not only do Eliot and I get to watch our Sharks later on, but the Boston Bruins season opener is actually against Joe Pavelski and the Dallas Stars tonight too! Eliot and I had been planning to go down to see the game in person, but we decided to stay home. Instead, we'll be having our own double header with the Bruins/Stars game and then watching the Sharks play against the Winnipeg Jets.
Hopefully, we've got a fun and exciting season ahead of us! Go Sharks!!! °o°
